Thanks to your support Sweden. Solesports has become the premiere lower limb biomechanical assessment and solutions service in Sweden.  As clinicians are extremely busy,  we enforce a strict appointment policy.

We require that you pay for the clinicians time to review, assess, treat and develop solutions for your unique situation. As this is a custom service, tailored to your needs, any missed appointments are costly to us both. 

• Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance attract a full cost of the time for the appointment booked.
• Bookings are secured by advance payment. Should the service not be able to honour an appointment, a credit note to book future services will be issued and valid for a 12 month period.
• The charges for a missed appointment with a reasonable explanation may be avoided at the clinical directors discretion. This is only permissible once per 12 month period.
• Free initial assessment appointments are for 20 minutes duration and are for quotation of services only. Should you request, implicitly or implied, that your practitioner provide physical treatments, education, advice or in clinic services will be charged at a further standard 20 minute consult therein. You receive a 40 minute consult for the price of 20 minute one.

• Please review and be ready to answer questions regarding you visit / issue / goals / history.
• You can download and complete a sample of the questions you may be asked in an initial appointment here.
• Bring the shoes you wear mostly during the day, for activity and any insoles that you may have. The wear pattern and treatment intent of all these products provides invaluable information to the biomechanical podiatrist.

If you engage with orthotic therapy (the use of orthoses made specific to your body shape and desired movement pattern), the products made to work within your shoes are bespoke made to you and cannot be returned once design & manufacture has commenced.  

This is commonly in contrast to what people understand when buying products online which are typically those products that are mass produced to a single design and/or can be used by anyone with similar features.

Solepsorts.se designs, manufactures and supplies personalised goods made to your definitive, medically prescribed instructions. These are expressly not mass produced and do not attract the same legal right of return.

Prefabricated Prescription products, if prescribed and/or modified to suit also fall under the supply of goods made to your specifications and are considered as clearly personalised. Your rights are not affected.

Solesports does not accept returns for the supply of goods made to your specifications, or clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
